SHIPPING OF WINES TO THE 2011 FOOD & WINE MAGAZINE CLASSIC IN ASPEN

Wine and other alcoholic beverages cannot be shipped directly to the event nor can alcohol be brought into any of the event locations except through a licensed Colorado wholesaler. Accordingly:

  • If you have a Colorado distributor, you should make arrangements with them to get your wines to the event.
  • If you do not have a Colorado wholesaler, aspen wine company, for a fee, can make arrangements to clear your products for you.  For details, click here.

If you are an exhibitor or are providing wines for seminars, you will have received a packet of information with detailed instructions. This includes Shipping Labels and Inventory Lists that need to be completed. This year, you will need to obtain these forms from your distributor.
