TO FACILITATE SHIPPING OF WINES TO
THE 2012
FOOD & WINE MAGAZINE CLASSIC IN ASPEN
Wine and other alcoholic beverages cannot be shipped directly to the event nor can alcohol be brought into any of the event locations except through a licensed Colorado wholesaler.
Aspen Wine Company, through an arrangement with Synergy Fine Wines, a Colorado specialty wine distributor, can clear your products into Colorado and deliver them to the event.
In order to use these services, please complete the following form: Wine Shipping Form. Before completing this form, please read below.
IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU CONFIRM WITH US THE QUANTITIES YOU PLAN TO SHIP - THIS WILL HELP AVOID YOU SENDING MORE PRODUCT THAN YOU NEED.

AND CONFIRMED THAT WE HAVE ALL PAPERWORK
AND PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED.

Services include::
- Receiving the wines and holding in temperature controlled storage until the event
- Delivery of wines to individual exhibitor booth(s) / seminar location(s)
- Recommendations on wine quantities and timing of shipments
- Reshipment of remaining wines following event, if desired (at exhibitors expense)
The cost of these services is a base fee of $60 plus $15 per case of 12 ($10 per 6 pack). This includes all excise tax and compliance costs. NOTE: for seminar wines only, there is no charge to the supplier - the clearance costs will be paid by the Classic. THESE FEES ARE FOR DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS ONLY.
SHIPMENTS FROM OUTSIDE THE USA: We recommend that you use the services of any importer you may already be working with. If you do not have an importer, we can assist, but at an additional cost. Additional services, such as importing, customs clearance, delivery and services in addition to those listed below can be arranged at an additional cost.
